Projects
Here are some things that I don’t mind sharing. I tend to hide projects after a while if I think they are too burdensome, boring, or useless.
As such, what you see here is current as of 2026-08-23
lastfm-topalbumgrid – A replacement for the venerable taptapmusic.net. I do want to add more features to it one day… It’s currently usable at https://lfm-grid.lockelhost.xyz/
snagg – An RSS aggregator that gives you 20 (by default) most recently played Steam games worth of stories, updates, etc as a single feed.
psyvc – Weird and opinionated plugin manager for vim-classic
helmindex2page – Transform your Helm index.yaml into something nice via Go templates like HTML or MD or whatever
Here are some much older and very dead ones that I thought were quite alright and useful:
lastfm4obs – It just listened to your last.fm ’now playing’ and dumped the song info into a txt file and the cover image into a png. You could then add these as layers to OBS for when you’re streaming so people can see what you’re listening to in a very configurable way
TWeT – Package up Twine games into an Electron container (gross I know) for easy distribution. It did get some usage
Twine Harlowe chat app – On the topic of Twine, someone once asked if someone could make a FB-like messenger panel for a the Harlowe theme in Twine. I know at least 2 games used it (whether or not they were released I do not know)
TCX Anonymizer – A bug in Fitbit data exporting meant that GPS data was served when it was set to track a “location stationary” sport like “Spinning” or “Gym”. Since a lot of those happen at peoples homes, I wanted to strip that info from TCX exports so then they could be safely uploaded to other services
